Position Overview
We are currently seeking individuals who are ready and willing to join our winning team. We have many opportunities and are excited to share our passion for success with you!

We have multiple general labor positions that entail multiple skilled tasks.

Day-to-Day Stuff
-Perform work requested by the supervisor, in the timeframe requested, to the level of professionalism expected by members of Monmouth Valley
-Duties include mowing, trimming, edging turf areas and blowing off hard surfaces/structures, and landscape maintenance/ installation
-Adhere to quality and safety standards
-Demonstrate willingness to learn how to operate equipment and tools needed to perform daily tasks.
-This is an introduction to crew-specific equipment.
-Effectively communicate with supervisor and crewmates
-Accurately record hours worked
-Other duties as assigned

Characteristics Needed to Succeed
-Valid driver’s license and have the ability to be added onto company’s insurance policy
-Demonstrated ability to process and follow instructions
-Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team
-Ability to learn how to use tools and equipment meeting operational safety standards
-Ability to understand and carry out verbal or written instructions
-Must be able to work in a safety aware environment
-Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
-Regular and prompt attendance required; Ability to work outside regular business hours as needed
-Prior experience helpful but not required

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be expected to work outside in all types of weather conditions; conditions include occasional extreme heat exposure due to natural climate. The noise level in each work environment will vary and could sporadically be loud.
